01Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 77det ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of the 77det website, mobile platform, games, betting services, promotional features and all associated services (collectively "the Service"). By registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or otherwise using any part of the 77det platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms are written in English. The English version governs in all cases and any translated versions are provided for convenience only. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 77det platform and close your account. Continued use of the 77det Service after any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

02Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to the 77det platform and all services offered therein is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. It is your sole responsibility to ensure you are legally permitted to access and use online gaming services in your jurisdiction. 77det does not provide legal advice and you are responsible for verifying your own eligibility before registering.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 77det enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all account registration, deposit, gameplay and withdrawal activity. This threshold reflects the adult gaming standard applied by 77det and is non-negotiable.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity) opening an account in your own true name and on your own behalf, with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming activities of this nature are explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to verify local regulations before registering.
• You must not have a pre-existing 77det account that is active, suspended or previously closed for a Terms violation. Only one account per person, per household and per device is permitted.
• You must not be employed by, related to or otherwise connected to 77det, its technology providers, game studios, payment partners or any affiliated entity in a manner that could create a conflict of interest.

03Account Registration & KYC

To access the full range of 77det services — including deposits, gameplay and withdrawals — you are required to register an account and successfully complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed. 77det reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the account relationship.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, registered mobile number and any other information requested. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times and must update it promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

• You must register using your own valid mobile number. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account regardless of whether it was conducted by you personally.
• You must keep your account login credentials, including your password, strictly confidential. You must not share access to your account with any other person. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must notify 77det support immediately.
• 77det may, at its sole discretion, require enhanced KYC documentation including government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals or honouring bonus claims.
• Only one account is permitted per person. If duplicate accounts are identified, 77det reserves the right to merge them, void any associated bonus balances and restrict the accounts to a single active account at its discretion.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

77det accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad and Rocket — the three primary mobile financial services used across Bangladesh. All deposit transactions are credited to your 77det account balance in real time following confirmation from the payment gateway. The minimum deposit amount is ৳50. There is no maximum single deposit limit, subject to the payment provider's own transaction caps.

All deposits must be made from a payment account (bKash number, Nagad number or Rocket number) that is registered in your own name and matches the identity information on your 77det account. 77det will not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits made from unverified or mismatched payment sources may be reversed and any associated gameplay proceeds forfeited pending investigation.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same bKash, Nagad or Rocket number used for the most recent deposit on the account. 77det does not transfer withdrawal amounts to bank accounts, third-party wallets or any payment method other than those used for deposits. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. KYC-verified accounts receive priority withdrawal processing with target completion within five minutes during standard operating hours. 77det reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend processing times.

05Bonuses & Promotions

77det offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses for new account registrations, weekly reload bonuses and free spin credits on selected game titles. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus offer's terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that bonus only.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be completed before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be stated in the applicable bonus offer. Where no specific wagering requirement is communicated, a default rollover of 10x the bonus amount applies. Bonus funds may not be transferred, exchanged or converted to cash until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered account holder to whom they were issued. Bonuses credited to one 77det account may not be transferred to another account.
• 77det reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured under the original terms.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, false identity information or collusion with other players, will be voided in full and the account suspended pending investigation.
• Free spins credited as part of a promotion are valid only on the specific game titles stated in the offer and expire at the time specified. Winnings from free spins are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the applicable promotion.
• 77det reserves the right to exclude any player from any specific promotion at its sole discretion. Players who have self-excluded or who are subject to account restrictions may be automatically excluded from promotional offers.

06Responsible Gaming

77det is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of the platform. Online gaming is intended to be a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. It is not a means of generating income, resolving financial problems or recovering previous losses. 77det strongly encourages all players to set personal deposit limits, session time limits and loss limits before commencing gameplay.

The 77det Responsible Gaming policy forms part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms you also accept the Responsible Gaming Policy in full. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to contact 77det support to discuss account restriction options, including temporary time-outs and permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

• Deposit limits may be set by the player at any time via account settings. Requests to reduce a deposit limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders are available in account settings and can be set to alert the player at defined intervals during an active gaming session. 77det applies automatic inactivity timeouts to protect accounts that have been left open without activity.
• Self-exclusion requests can be submitted to 77det support at any time. Self-exclusion periods are available for 30 days, 90 days, 180 days or permanent. During a self-exclusion period the account is locked against login, deposits and gameplay. Promotional communications are suppressed during self-exclusion.
• 77det does not extend credit to players and does not accept deposits funded by credit facilities. Players are strongly advised not to fund gaming activity using borrowed money, credit cards or any form of loan.

07Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

77det operates on the basis of fair play for all registered users. Any conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform, disadvantages other players, or is intended to exploit the Service in a manner inconsistent with legitimate personal gameplay is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent ban from the platform. The following activities constitute prohibited conduct:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems or any software designed to interact with the 77det platform in a non-human manner, or to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses, circumventing deposit limits, or evading a previously applied account restriction or ban.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including sharing cards, signals or information in live dealer games, or coordinating betting activity to exploit promotional terms.
• Attempting to conduct money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection thresholds, or using the 77det platform for any unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify or interfere with any part of the 77det platform, its software, games or payment infrastructure.

08Intellectual Property

All content on the 77det platform — including but not limited to the 77det brand name, logo, website design, colour schemes, typography, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, images, audio, video and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 77det or its licensed content providers, including game studios such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Spribe and Microgaming. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 77det platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works from any part of the 77det platform or its content without the prior written consent of 77det.

09Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77det, its directors, officers, employees, agents and technology providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the 77det platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of opportunity or reputational damage, even if 77det has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

77det does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party payment gateway outages, game studio server issues and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. 77det is not liable for losses incurred during periods of platform unavailability.

• 77det is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions in third-party game software where the game studio's own records confirm the outcome was determined correctly by the certified RNG.
• 77det is not liable for losses arising from delays in bKash, Nagad or Rocket payment processing that are attributable to the payment provider rather than to 77det's own systems.
• 77det's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10Account Suspension & Termination

77det reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age, or has provided false age or identity information during registration or KYC.
• The account has been used in connection with any of the prohibited conduct described in Section 07 of these Terms, including fraud, collusion, use of automated tools or money laundering.
• A legally valid court order, regulatory directive or law enforcement instruction requires 77det to suspend or close the account.
• The account holder has submitted a self-exclusion request, or 77det's responsible gaming monitoring systems have flagged the account for elevated problem gaming risk indicators.

11Privacy & Data Protection

77det collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your personal data is used for account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring and — where you have not opted out — promotional communications.

77det uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the 77det platform. Payment card and mobile wallet credentials are not stored on 77det servers. 77det does not sell personal data to third parties. Data sharing with third parties is limited to service providers who require access to deliver the core platform functions (payment gateways, KYC verification providers, game studios) under confidentiality agreements.

12Amendments to These Terms

77det reserves the right to amend, modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the 77det platform at the Terms and Conditions page. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document.

For amendments that materially affect player rights — such as changes to withdrawal processing times, bonus wagering requirements, or eligibility criteria — 77det will provide advance notice of at least 7 days via a notice posted on the platform or via the registered mobile number. Non-material amendments (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter meaning, or updates to third-party provider references) may take effect immediately upon publication.

13Governing Law & Contact

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 77det operates as an online gaming platform serving the Bangladesh market.
